Refund Policy

The short version

If you're not satisfied with Cleared For Take-Off Academy within 30 days of purchase, email us at naomi@wildheartshq.com and we'll process a full refund within two business days.

How it works

1. Email us within 30 days of your purchase date
2. Include your name and the email address you used to purchase
3. We'll process your refund via Stripe — no need to return anything
4. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days

After a refund

Your access to the course will be deactivated when the refund is processed. You're welcome to re-purchase at any time.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy is in addition to (not instead of) your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you have a major problem with the course, you may also be entitled to a remedy under consumer guarantees legislation.
